is an independent Albanian professional services firm providing assurance, tax, advisory and outsourced accounting services to businesses, financial institutions, public bodies and not-for-profit organisations.
Our name carries our promise.
“ETiX” stands for the two ideas we refuse to trade off against each other: Ethics and Excellence. In a profession built on public trust, we believe the quality of an opinion is inseparable from the integrity of the people who form it.
We serve clients from family businesses and startups to public interest entities, donor-funded projects, and multinational subsidiaries.

Elton Tirana
MANAGING PARTNER · Audit Partner
With over 25 years shaping Albania's audit and accounting landscape, Elton Tirana brings a rare blend of technical rigor and hands-on leadership to every engagement. As Partner in Audit and Managing Partner of ETiX Audit & Consultancy, he sets the standard for audit quality, guiding the firm's methodology and client relationships in full alignment with ISA, IAS, and IFRS. His path here was built over 15 years as an independent Statutory Auditor, where he delivered high-impact financial audits, risk assessments, and tax advisory for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. Beyond the firm, Elton has helped shape the profession itself serving as Vice-Chairman of Professional Competence Examination Commission near Albania's Public Oversight Board, and holding board and committee roles within IEKA and IKM since 2002. He combines deep technical expertise with a genuine commitment to integrity and professionalism across the industry.

Tiziana Xholi brings precision and integrity to every engagement as an Audit Partner and Managing Partner at ETiX Audit & Consultancy. She oversees financial audits and risk assessments across a diverse client portfolio, rigorously applying the highest national and international standards to safeguard the accuracy and reliability of every report she signs. Her professionalism and vision consistently transform regulatory requirements into something more meaningful: a robust partnership built on security, transparency, and long-term confidence. Holding a Master of Science degree in Finance and Accounting, she pairs strong technical expertise with a genuinely client-centered approach to her work. With a broad expertise in Accounting and Tax, Tiziana helps set the standard for quality and rigor that defines the firm's audit practice, ensuring every engagement reflects the same uncompromising commitment to excellence.

ETiX maintains a system of quality management designed in accordance with ISQM 1 & ISQM 2, covering client acceptance, engagement performance, monitoring and remediation. Our audit methodology follows the International Standards on Auditing, and all professionals are bound by the IESBA International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, including the International Independence Standards.
